The pristine designer Simon Porte who’s the talk of every town has recently launched his second restaurant, Oursin.
Inspiration drawn from sun-kissed coastal towns and white rustic interiors featuring ceramics pleasantly displayed in this fresh new space. The ambience and lighting in the cafe is set that you would completely forget that you’re sitting on the first floor of the Galeries Lafayette Champs-Élysées department store in Paris onlooking Avenue des Champs-Élysées.
The Mediterranean inspired menu features delicacies including sea urchin taramasalata, home-made squid ink bread and les artichauts poivrade frits.
After viewing his latest collections and falling in love with the quality of each item (I am guilty of purchasing more than a few garments from these), a Jacquemus dining experience is the cherry on top of a summers day in Paris.
Bon Appétit.
