During my stay in Milan for Fashion Week, I decided to stay at the Vui hotel. The staff were beyond helpful with my oversized luggage upon arrival. Fashion week travel is not your ordinary leisurely getaway. It means business.
The contemporary design pairs well with the Vui’s personal approach to guest experience. An innovative new space for both work and play with its highly advanced amenities and elegant atmosphere.
As I have to be quite hands-on with fashion week prep, the spacious hotel room was a godsend and allowed me to organize my garments accordingly. I spent a fair amount of time at the hotel; it started to feel like home over the week’s duration. I became well acquainted with the room service menu, not that I am complaining!
The hotel boasts a panoramic view on the rooftop terraces with a swimming pool and restaurants by Michelin Star Chef Giancarlo Morelli.
Brunch at Bulk has an assortment of delectable foods, I opted for the Crab Cake Benedict and had to try the lemon ricotta cheese pancakes as well. Straight to the gym afterward, but you have to enjoy the small things once in a while . . . am I right?
Dinner at Morellis was another treat for me. I stuck with my usual Morone fish with persimmon and may have tasted the Resina ice cream for dessert.
